We are pleased to introduce the initiative Industria para Todos, which is led by the Provincial Government of Maputo and MozParks, in collaboration with APIEX and AIMO. With the aim of boosting the economy of the country, this initiative that will start at the Mozal-Beluluane Industrial Park, will give Mozambican companies the opportunity to acquire infrastructure at significantly lower costs by up to 90% making property access more affordable for their operations.
“Indústria para Todos provides companies in Mozambique with access to Beluluane Industrial Park under more favorable conditions, making it easier for them to establish and grow their businesses. Beluluane offers a secure environment and complete infrastructure, including water, electricity, roads, and telecommunications,” said Onório Manuel, General Director of MozParks.
David Scheepers, Managing Director of MozCoats, and a tenant at Beluluane Industrial Park said: “Partnering with MozParks has transformed our experience in Mozambique. Their proactive support and first-world infrastructure have created a safe, stable environment for our business.”

Apart from this initiative, we have also launched Maputo parks. The Maputo Park Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Provincial Government of Maputo and MozParks, with the aim of boosting the country’s economy in the aftermath of disruptions caused by post-election instability.
Both MozParks and the Government have a key focus on job creation and boosting employment in the country. By replicating the successful model implemented at Mozal-Beluluane Industrial Park, which is an industrial park already operated by MozParks in Maputo, where over 60 companies have created 10,000 jobs and directly impacted the lives of over 100,000 people this goal can be easily accomplished.
The launch of these two initiatives demonstrate the commitment from both the government and MozParks to boost the economy of the country and create jobs for the Mozambican communities.
