ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The MozYouth Foundation is a pillar of MozParks, created in 2018 as Beluluane Joba, later named Mimi Niko Kazi, before becoming the MozYouth Foundation in 2023. The programme helps companies identify, train and recruit employees. Over 50% of our participants have found their first jobs at the end of their internships, getting them started in promising careers.

MozYouth Foundation provides a link between employers and work-ready candidates. Our programme offers practical internships for young Mozambicans, especially women. We ensure that they receive work-readiness, soft-skills, health & safety training before they start working in practical internships.
