The Solidarity Christmas celebration for children from vulnerable communities of the Maputo Province brought some Christmas spirit to the Magude district.

This festive morning, organised by the provincial administration of Maputo and sponsored by the MozParks and Matola Gas Company SA, earned many happy smiles.

Providing safe business environment to SMEs, encouraging the creation of Value Chains, raising awareness of the Industrial Development capacity in Mozambique is the Mozambican Way that MozParks follows in the development of the Agro Industrial parks.

The MozParks General Director, Onorio Manuel, presented this MozParks’ approach at the high level round table discussion, “Economic diversification through Industrialization”, this morning.

This panel was organised by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO ) and the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Mozambique.

The Minister of Industry and Commerce, Silvino Moreno, welcomed the Mozambican Way and expressed the government support.

Jaime Comiche, the UNIDO Country Representative, and
Rogério Samo Gudo, the Chairman of AIMO led the panel discussions.
