Last week, Beluluane Industrial Park hosted a General Labour Inspection Workshop (IGT) led by the Ministry of Labour, with the participation of APIEX, employees and company representatives from the tenants of the Park.
The workshop formed part of a broader MozParks initiative to support transparent communication between companies and public institutions, and to ensure that tenants remain well-informed about labour laws and compliance obligations. It offered a valuable platform for direct engagement with authorities, enabling companies to raise concerns and clarify issues affecting their operations.
These sessions are some of the key benefits of being located within the park, where companies gain access not only to infrastructure but also to ongoing operational and institutional support.
The workshop concluded with an open dialogue session, allowing participants to ask questions, share challenges, and seek guidance on navigating the legal framework more effectively.
This initiative reflects MozParks’ ongoing commitment to supporting its business community by facilitating access to institutional knowledge, promoting regulatory compliance, and encouraging best practices in labour relations.
