MozParks Topuito Agro-Industrial Park (TIP) received the Environmental Operational License from the Land, Environment and Rural Development Department (Direcção Provincial de Desenvolvimento Territorial e Ambiente) of the #Nampula Province yesterday, 16th August. It replaces the initial license for installation and commences the new phase in the TIP’s development for the next 5 years.
The construction of phase 1 will be completed by the end of next week. The first warehouse units, residential accommodation blocks and administrative buildings will be ready for functioning. The TIP will be ready to welcome its first tenants to the industrial sites, provided with water and electricity supply, road network and other infrastructure.
