MozParks has inaugurated the Balcão de Atendimento Único (BAU), a fully integrated One-Stop-Shop at Beluluane Industrial Park, marking a major step in improving efficiency and supporting businesses in the park.

The launch ceremony was presided over by the Secretary of State of Maputo Province, Henriques Bongece, alongside MozParks CEO Onorio Manuel, and attended by government officials, business leaders, and tenant companies, including Lázaro Manuel Bambamba, Administrator of Boane District, and Danilo Bay, BAU General Manager.
Strategically located within the park, the BAU centralises key services such as business licensing, tax authority assistance, and immigration support. “The launch of the One-Stop-Shop reflects our commitment to ensuring that companies operating in Beluluane Industrial Park have fast, reliable and transparent access to critical services,” said Onorio Manuel.
Secretary of State Henriques Bongece added: “Our mission is to serve the population, ensuring that services are more accessible and simplified.” Lázaro Manuel Bambamba highlighted the community focus: “Our objective is to increasingly bring services closer to investors and the community, strengthening our relationship with the park so more initiatives like this can take place in our district.”

While the BAU is open to the public, operating from 7h30 to 15h30, Monday to Friday, companies based in Beluluane Industrial Park benefit from priority service, ensuring a seamless experience as they establish and grow their operations. The BAU will expand services progressively in coordination with relevant public institutions, supporting both business development and community engagement.
