Running a business comes with its fair share of challenges—especially when it comes to keeping up with regulations, inspections, and day-to-day compliance requirements.
That’s why, at MozParks, we don’t see our role as just providing space. We focus on making it easier for companies to operate, grow, and stay aligned with the regulatory environment.
Recently, we brought the Ministry of Labour, Gender and Social Action, through the General Labour Inspection of Maputo Province, directly into Beluluane Industrial Park for a practical workshop with our tenants.
Instead of companies having to navigate these topics on their own, we create opportunities for direct engagement—where questions can be asked openly, requirements can be clarified, and expectations become clearer.
The session touched on key areas that businesses deal with every day: labour inspections, social security obligations, workplace safety requirements, and common issues identified across companies. But more importantly, it created a space for real conversations between companies and regulators.
This kind of interaction makes a difference. It helps companies avoid unnecessary risks, improves day-to-day operations, and builds confidence when dealing with compliance.
