MozParks has officially welcomed the new governing bodies for the 2026–2027 mandate during the inauguration ceremony, bringing together the new members of the Board of Directors, General Assembly Board, and Fiscal Council.

This ceremony marked another step in MozParks’ continued growth as the company expands its role in supporting sustainable industrialization, investment, and community development across Mozambique. Among the members are Adrian Frey, Adilson Virgílio, Pelágia Paunde, Evaristo Madime, Gregor Binkert in the Board of Directors; Joaquina Gumeta, Alvaro Fumo, and Marrengane Cumbe in the General Assembly; and Flavia Culuane, Herculado Nhacudime, and Engracia Chuma joined the Fiscal Council.
“I would like to begin by thanking the former members for the excellent work they carried out, which helped transform MozParks into a dynamic and fast-growing institution. I would also like to welcome the new members who are now joining this journey. When MozParks was created, we discussed the importance of turning the country’s resources into tangible opportunities for Mozambicans through job creation, training programmes, and the development of value chains connected to our industrial parks. Years later, we can see that vision reflected in the MozParks we know today, as well as in initiatives such as MozYouth and the Local Content Bureau,” stated Adrian Frey, Chairman of the Board.
“Our presence as State shareholders in MozParks reflects our confidence in the future of this project and in the company itself. MozParks is already a national and regional reference. The vision that has driven this company, from the Beluluane Industrial Park to the expansion projects in the provinces of Nampula and Cabo Delgado, is fundamental to achieving our objective of inclusive and sustainable development,” stated Luis Machava, General Director of APIEX.
As we continue expanding across the country, the newly inaugurated governing bodies are expected to play an important role in strengthening governance, supporting innovation, and helping shape the company’s next phase of development.
