At MozParks, we believe that a strong sense of community and a positive work environment are key elements to everything we do because our people are our greatest strength. To celebrate that, we recently brought together team members from Crossing, Beluluane Industrial Park, Topuito Industrial Park, and our Head Office for a fun team-building day.
The event was filled with activities that got everyone involved and working together. One of the highlights of this day was a football match that sparked a lot of friendly competition and plenty of cheer, which was organized by MozYouth along with the mix of many other games and group activities that made it easy to connect, share a few laughs, and strengthen the bond between colleagues from different teams and locations, making this day memorable for all of us.
During the event, we took some time to hand out certificates and prizes to employees who stood out because of their dedication, performance, and impact. We also honored those who have been with the company for more than 10 years, which is an honorable milestone that reflects loyalty, perseverance, and a deep connection to our mission.
This team-building event was a great reminder of the shared values and team spirit that drive everything we do at MozParks. We aim to continue providing the space for people to connect beyond the usual work routine and strengthen the relationships that keep our organization moving forward.
